Terms of Service
Last updated: April 18, 2026
By accessing or using Doi Xiu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Doi Xiu provides tools to manage workspaces, catalog items, generate table QR links, and collect guest orders through public pages.
Features may change as the product evolves. We strive for availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Accounts and access
You must sign in through the supported identity provider. You are responsible for safeguarding tokens on your devices and for activity under your account.
Workspace owners and admins may invite members; roles determine what actions each member can perform.
Acceptable use
You will not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
You are responsible for content you upload (including images) and for orders and pricing you publish to guests.
Guest ordering
Public guest flows rely on table tokens embedded in URLs or QR codes. Anyone with a valid token may submit orders visible to your workspace; protect physical QR materials accordingly.
Operational handling of orders (confirmation, fulfillment, refunds) is between you and your customers unless we explicitly provide separate buyer terms.
Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages except where prohibited by law.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or operational necessity, with notice where reasonable.
Deleting a workspace may permanently remove associated data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Contact
For legal or privacy inquiries related to these terms, use the support or contact method published for your deployment of Doi Xiu.
